Return & Refund Policy

In the event that you believe an item is defective and you are entitled to a replacement or refund, kindly email us at info@smiloshine.com to describe the issue.


Please note that teeth whitening results can vary significantly from person to person, depending on individual tooth conditions and stains.


It may take time to completely remove tough stains from your teeth, and refunds are only offered for defective products or as per our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.


For defective items, you must return the product to us, or provide a video demonstrating the defect (to our satisfaction) within 7 days of your purchase, to be eligible for a refund.


Upon review and verification of the defect (Usually takes 5-7 working days), we will issue a refund for the defective item. Refunds will be limited to the cost of the item returned via regular post, not express.


Items returned via express shipment will be the responsibility of the user, and a partial refund covering only the regular mail cost will be issued. Please ensure you are aware of this policy.
