We stand behind the efficacy of our Home Whitening procedure. When you follow the instructions, we guarantee a minimum whitening improvement of 2 shades from your original color. To be eligible for our money-back guarantee in the rare event of less than a 2-shade improvement, follow these steps:
Within 24 hours of your purchase, email us close-up photos of your teeth and a full-face photo showcasing your teeth (e.g., teeth-clenching smile) at info@smiloshine.com with the subject "Before Procedure Photos + Your Name."
After completing the procedure, send us close-up photos of your teeth using the shading guide, another full-face photo with the shading guide, and a photo of the used product at info@smiloshine.com with the subject "Post Procedure Photos + Your Name." Include any relevant information in your claim.
Your application must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product/s, and all photos must have valid date and time stamps. Applications failing to meet this criterion will be rejected. SmiloShine® reserves the right to reject applications if supporting evidence is insufficient (subject to reasonable assessment).
Product Availability, Prices & Payment:
We aim to make all advertised products available on our website; however, availability cannot be guaranteed. SmiloShine® is not liable for products that are not available at the time of order, and customers will be informed of unavailability promptly.

Before completing your purchase, please review your cart to confirm its contents. Once you finalize your purchase, you must pay the stated price on our website as the purchase price for the products (subject to the following paragraphs).
